Returns Policy
All purchases are granted a fourteen (14) day approval period from the date of the item's delivery date. If you decide not to keep the merchandise, you may ship it back to our warehouse, in the original carton with all accompanying packaging and paperwork. When we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the amount of the purchase, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee.

Damaged Items
All damages, Manufacturer's defects or Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt and must be accompanied with detailed photos of the damage. We will send a replacement to your customer at no cost if the damage is cause by the carrier or manufacturer.
